Sports sponsorship
Cycling, motor sports, soccer, golf – from the very beginning, Capri-Sonne has been involved in sports since the very beginning, and in particular it has given lasting and steady support to young talents. Two current examples:
Formula 1 driver Adrian Sutil

Originally from Gräfelfing in Germany, Adrian Sutil has now been driving in motorsport's premier league since 2007. In his debut season, he recorded one world championship point for his former team Spyker. Since 2008, he has been driving for the Force India Formula One team. And in the second half of the 2009 season, he produced several highlights. His qualifying session performances brought him four top-ten starting positions in the last eight races of the season. During a highly exciting Italian Grand Prix weekend at Monza, where he was driving with a brand new engine, he finished fourth, securing five valuable world championship points.
In 2010, Adrian Sutil will be on the grid again with the Force India F1 team and has set himself the target of a top-ten season finish. Capri-Sonne has backed Sutil since his early racing career and remains on board as his sponsor. With its logo featured on racing and sport clothing, Capri-Sonne will again be a presence at every race in the 2010 Formula 1 season.
The young pianist did not start racing until he was 14 but made a name for himself in record time. He won the Swiss Formula Ford in 2003, was first runner-up at the Formula 3 Euroseries in 2005, won the All-Japan Formula 3 in 2006, and at the same time he held his own as a test driver of the MF1 Racing Team in Formula 1. After his outstanding successes in past years, Adrian Sutil achieved his dream in 2007 and made his way to the top — Formula 1. "I am very happy and pleased to have made it into Formula 1. This was my dream and my goal from the very beginning." And that's almost as long as Capri-Sonne has been supporting the young driver.
The Capri-Sonne team has its fingers crossed for Adrian to keep on winning!
